چکیده

چکیده
ایالات متحده در اکتبر2001به افغانستان حمله نمود و طولانی‌ترین جنگ در تاریخ آمریکا آغاز شد. بعد از10سال در22ژوئن2011باراک اوباما اعلام کرد که نیروهای افغانستان در آینده نزدیک شروع به خروج از افغانستان می‌کنند و نهایتاً تا2014 کلیه نیروهای عملیاتی آمریکا از افغانستان خارج می‌شوند. درحالی که ویژگی دولت در افغانستان شکست تداوم یافته است و طالبان هنوز درحال فعالیت هستند و اقدامات تروریستی آن‌ها مخل امنیت افغانستان است. افغانستان بعد از خروج نیروهای آمریکا، هم با چالش و هم با فرصت‌هایی روبه‌رو است که این وابسته به توانایی مدیریت بحران آمریکا قرار دارد. در این مقاله به تحلیل وضعیت جدید افغانستان که با خروج نیروهای آمریکا شکل می‌گیرد پرداخته خواهد شد. سؤال اصلی تحقیق این است که: استراتژی جدید آمریکا چه تأثیری بر امنیت ملی افغانستان خواهد گذاشت؟ این مقاله با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مقالات علمی معتبر و با روش توصیفی همراه با تحلیل داده‌ها تهیه و تدوین شده است.
